Terms and Conditions
- All prices are stated in SGD for those in Singapore and USD for overseas customers.
- Prices are non-negotiable.
- All emails will be replied within 24hrs. If you did not receive any replies from us within 24hrs, please send us another email. (Please check your junk mail before doing so)
- Colours may vary due to different computer settings and lighting.
- All sales are final.
- All items will be checked for defects before posting out. If there is still defect upon receiving, please take a picture of defective parts and let us know.
- Any disputes should be raised within a month from the date of delivery.
- Refunds will be made only if necessary. (Note: this only applies to unworn and unwashed conditions.)
- We do take in international orders, simply email us the order form and we will send you a Paypal invoice.

Payment
- We accept payment via DBS/POSB bank transfer.
- An invoice and confirmation email will be sent out upon receiving your order. Thereafter, payment is required to be made within 2 working days. If no payment is received, the order will be canceled.
- Cancellation of order(s) will not be allowed once payment is made.
Postage Methods
- Normal postage is free, we will pay that for you. However, registered postage is highly recommended at an additional SGD$2.50 as MangoCats will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged mail through normal postage.
- Meet-ups is only possible for bulk/heavy purchases.
- Item(s) will be posted out within 2 days after payment is received and takes around 3-4 working days for you to receive.
For International orders
Payment
- We accept payment via Paypal only.
- A Paypal invoice and confirmation email will be sent out upon receiving your order. Thereafter, payment is required to be made within 2 working days. If no payment is received, the order will be canceled.
- Cancellation of order(s) will not be allowed once payment is made.
Postage Methods

- We post through Singpost and this is the cheapest form of shipping in Singapore. However, do take note that registered postage for overseas through Singpost offers only limited tracking info. If you wish to get express shipping with full tracking, please email us. Depending on the weight, it may cost around USD$25 or more.
- Item(s) will be posted out within 2 days after payment is received and takes around 2-4 weeks for you to receive, depending on the location you are at.
Reservations
- Reservations of item(s) are available for up till a week. Thereafter, the item(s) will be put back up for sale.
